DESCRIPTION:Park near or in the field behind The Bell\, where refreshments may be had from 12.00. Nearest Post Code RG8 9SE. The walk starts in front of the Bell at 12.45 and involves a gentle ascent via Bower Farm\, past Streatley Warren\, towards Lowbury Hill. Thence via the Crow's Foot to Starveall and returning past Dumworth Farm to St Mary's Church where Tea and Cake will be available to purchase\, in company with the famous Aldworth Giants. No stiles but some tracks can be stony. Far reaching views over the Downs. Elevation/descent of around 360ft. Alternatively just join us at the church (SU 554 794) for Tea/Cake at ca 3.15pm. To ensure sufficient cake\, please message us on 077 646 12053 by Monday 20th July if you are coming. In the event of a heatwave a shorter walk will be offered\, leaving a little later from the Bell.
