Meet on the platform (usually no 15, but check on the day) at 9:50 at Reading Station to catch the 10:12 GWR train to Slough. Change to the Elizabeth Line at Slough to travel to Iver (or join us at Iver Station at 10:45). Suggest that you buy an off-peak day return to West Drayton. This is a lovely level walk between two Elizabeth Line Stations exploring three waterways and a lake including stretches of the Grand Union Canal, the River Colne and Little Britain Lake. Refreshments are available at canalside pubs on the approach to West Drayton. A few sections may be muddy after heavy rain.
