The 2015 Members’ Annual Lunch, Social and Walk was held on Sunday 1st November at Purley Barn.
We met at 10:30 on rather an autumnal, misty morning for a walk through Sulham Woods then back to the small Purley Barn for lunch and the AGM. It was well-supported with thirty eight members attending. There was an excellent spread of cheese, bread, pickles, ham and lovely home-made cakes, all provided by the committee.
At the AGM, Chris thanked all the committee for their contributions and said it had been a successful year with the usual full and interesting walk programmes and many social events.
Chris stepped down as Chairman and Alistair was proposed and seconded for this post. We all welcome Alistair onto the committee.
