We have organised a Pang Valley holiday with HF Holidays for 7 days from Friday 10th May to 17th May 2019 at Abingworth Hall, on the South Downs. Although this may appear a long way off, HF holidays are very popular and we need to make a booking now to secure places.
This link gives details of the house and its facilities, types of walks and area. Note that we are booking as a group, so all correspondence and money transfer will be via Pang Valley and us as group organisers. The full cost of the holiday of £695 per person for 7 days includes breakfast, a good packed lunch, evening meal and any coach transfers, and 3 different walks per day with HF leaders. Pang Valley has paid a one off £100 lifetime HF-joining fee from group funds to enable us to offer the holiday at the above cost.
We have reserved 2 classic doubles, 8 classic twins, 4 classic singles, and 4 premium singles. This reservation will be held for 6 weeks, and requires a deposit of £75 per person. The remainder has to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start, ie 29/3/2019. If you have to cancel before the time that you have to pay the full amount, you are likely to lose your deposit, but we may be able to transfer to someone else. We strongly advise everyone to take out holiday insurance.
Premium rooms are £10 extra per person per night. There are also some double and twin premium rooms available, so if you would like to book one of those, please advise us as soon as possible and we can change our reservation if these rooms are still available. We get one free booking for every fifteen guests booked and we will apply this discount to everyone if we get the required numbers, which will reduce the cost further.

We have enjoyed many HF holidays with our family, but we haven’t stayed at this house. Generally HF holiday houses are well equipped and renowned for their food. There will be 3 walks of differing levels available every day (except Wednesday); nothing is compulsory, and the house has 3 lounges, and a conservatory and bar.
