Please note, following the response at the AGM we are staying Sunday and Monday night and have managed to get a good deal for our group booking.
The hotel is a 3 star Best Western Hotel situated about 10 minutes’ drive from Bath. It is an old Georgian building and some of the floors are a bit wonky, but it is very pretty with stunning views over the Limpley Stoke Valley.
There will be a short walk on Sunday afternoon, a choice of a long or short walk on the Monday and a short walk on Tuesday.
Bath is a beautiful city and for those not wanting to walk all the time it is well worth a visit. Apart from Bath itself there are many National Trust properties and gardens in the area and a short drive away, not to mention the pretty villages nearby. Also for those wanting to really relax there is the Thermae Spa.
The cost of the break is:
£120 per person sharing dinner bed and breakfast for the 2 night break
£150 per person single room dinner bed and breakfast for the 2 night break
