Our annual flagship event of a quiz and Fish and Chips will be on Friday 4th November 2022 It will be held at Pangbourne Village Hall, RG8 7AN (where there is ample free parking). Doors will be open at 7.00pm; the quiz will start at 7.30pm and a fish and chip supper, cost £12 (or chips only £9, no fish & chips £6) will be served during the interval, together with tea and coffee.Salt, vinegar and ketchup will be provided. Please bring your own cutlery if you don’t wish to eat with your fingers! Salt, vinegar and ketchup will be provided.
Teams will be composed of six people and we will have ten teams.Don’t worry if you don’t have a team or you are coming alone. Diana will allocate you to a team and you will be made very welcome. There will be a raffle with decent prizes. Please bring cash for this. You are welcome to bring your own drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) and glasses. The booking form was sent out on Friday 16th September by email, will be posted to postal members this week, and will be available at the AGM on 16th October. Final date for booking is Friday 21st October 2022.
