Didcot & Wallingford Group is organising a walk in memory of John Rust, who died last year.
The walk begins at 10.00 AM at the Cholsey Church (SU584870: OX10 9PS). This will be a leisurely circular walk of 5.2 miles. John led walks for several Groups including Didcot & Wallingford, Oxford, Henley & Goring and Pang Valley and those members that knew him are very welcome to come along on the walk. The walk will skirt Aston Tirrold and ascend Lollingdon Hill before descending to Lollingdon Manor and returning via the outskirts of Cholsey alongside the railway line.
