A Litter Pick has been organised in Blundells Copse by Tilehurst Globe on Saturday 6th April and Pang Valley Ramblers have been invited to help out. Come and join us and help improve our environment. Meet at the nearest entrance to Blundells Copse 50 yards on the right from the junction with Chichester Road (spot the red dog mess container close by) SU675736 nearest postcode RG30 4XL. Park considerately in Calder Close . Nearest bus stop is on the 17 route at Church End Lane. Everything will be provided but bring your own gloves! We will be working 2 – 4 pm, any time you can spare will be very helpful.

Autumn 2024 Break at Taunton 19th – 21st September 2024
We have organised a 2 night break from Thursday 19th September to Saturday 21st September 2024 at the Corner House Hotel Taunton.
Taunton is a town with plenty to do, including the newest motor museum featuring classic cars. There are also some nice gardens within driving distance such as Hestercombe and National Trust properties.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station for those wishing to use public transport.
There will be a short walk on Thursday afternoon, a choice of a long or short walk on the Friday and Saturday day, although a taxi maybe required to return to Taunton if only doing the shorter version due to limited rural public transport.
