Pang Valley Ramblers are holding a Walk Leaders Curry Supper on 31st March 2015 at the Lina Tandoori, Whitchurch Road, Pangbourne RG8 7BP, just by the railway bridge and opposite the George Hotel. We have booked the whole restaurant for the evening so please support this event and book early! The evening is open to all walk leaders, past, present and future, and their partners! We are keen to encourage more walk leaders among the group so do come along and the experienced leaders will pass on some helpful tips.
The food at this restaurant is excellent and plentiful. A starter will be followed by a selection of main courses (including a vegetarian option) with salad, poppadum etc. Ala will provide the starters, the rice dishes and naan breads for the main course, so all we need to do is order our main dish from the menu. The subsidised price is £13.00 per head, excluding drinks. The evening will start at 7:30pm promptly with the food at 7:45pm. This is a bit earlier than previously advertised. There is ample free parking at Pangbourne Village Hall.
There is a booking form with the Winter Newsletter or email treasurer@pvramblers.org.uk. Closing date for booking is Friday March 27th but please book early as there are only thirty two places in the restaurant. Should the event become fully booked, your cheque will be returned.
