Pang Valley Ramblers first social event of 2017 will again be a Fish and Chip Supper including a General Knowledge Quiz. It will be held at Pangbourne Village Hall (where there is ample free parking) on Friday 3rd February. Doors will be open at 7.00pm; the quiz will start at 7.30pm and a fish and chip supper (vegetarian option available) will be served during the interval. Continue reading

Fifteen Pang Valley members were picked up in Sonning Common and Pangbourne and went by a delightful small coach/minibus to Cheriton from where we walked to Hinton Ampner. Continue reading
The second of our Fish and Chip Supper and Quiz Nights was held in Pangbourne Village Hall on Friday 6th February. The evening was, as last year, a sell-out. Sixty of us, both members and guests, had an immensely enjoyable evening. Our chairman Chris welcomed us all and at 7:30pm battle commenced. There were six people in each team and ten teams, and again the quiz was organised for us by Roger, Lin and Roo. Continue reading
